Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Upon shipment of your order you will recieve a tracking number to the email that was used to place your order. Black Caviar is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. In the rare event that your package is lost or stolen please contact USPS (1-800-ASK-USPS) for further assistance. Black Caviar will not replace any lost or stolen items.

  • All orders placed on the weekend or a national holiday will be processed on the next business day.
  • Order processing time is usually 1-3 business days. International order processing time is usually 2-4 days.
